The CEO and Founder of V³POWER is Walt Welch, who has a wealth of experience in sales management and has held high-level positions at companies like 3M, J&J, and ZOLL Lifecor. Walt is a graduate of Villanova University and Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He began honing his leadership skills as an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, and then continued to develop them during his time at Abbott Laboratories and Baxter International.
